Why did I receive notice and information about enrolling into Identity Defense Complete?

You are identified as someone who is included in the Twaylah Englar, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, v. Lifeline Systems Company class action settlement. Accordingly, you are eligible to receive 24 months of free monitoring services from Identity Defense Complete.

When can I enroll in Identity Defense Complete?

The date that the code for this Service will be active is anticipated to be December 10, 2025.

You should have received a sixteen-character, one-time use code for Identity Defense Complete in the notice packet you received in the mail. However, this code is currently invalid and will not become valid (i.e., eligible for enrollment in Identity Defense Complete) until the Settlement becomes final. Please do not lose this code, as you will need it to enroll in Identity Defense Complete once the Settlement becomes final.

The Settlement will be final when the Court approves the Settlement and the 30-day appeal period has passed or any appeals are resolved. Once that occurs, enrollment instructions, along with the same code, will be sent to you via email, enabling you to complete enrollment in Identity Defense Complete.

How much does the service cost?

Nothing. Identity Defense Complete is being provided at no cost to you.

When is my service active?

Your complimentary Identity Defense Complete service will become active once you successfully enroll in the service. You will be able to redeem your one-time use code and complete the enrollment process only after the settlement becomes final.

What happens when my complimentary subscription expires?

Your subscription to Identity Defense Complete will automatically cease at the end of the complimentary 24-month term unless you choose to switch to the paid version of Identity Defense Complete.
